We expect to live, work, and play in a city that is inclusive, sustainable, and grounded in transparent governance. Olympia needs innovative solutions that more effectively tackle the housing and affordability crisis, advance climate solutions, and support cleaner, safer, and healthier neighborhoods.
In my time in the nonprofit and private sectors, I’ve worked with local organizations to promote environmental conservation, public health, and equitable economic development. My work in the shellfish industry has given me a unique perspective on balancing business needs with environmental protection.
My priorities are clear: building broad coalitions to support small businesses, enhancing public safety and wellness, and ensuring long-term financial stability for Olympia so we can make smart, lasting investments in the services and infrastructure our community needs. I will champion open, two-way communication between council and community and lead with collaboration and accountability.
Every resident of our city deserves a voice in shaping Olympia’s future—and our best solutions come from listening, working together, and balancing diverse perspectives. I’ve been proud to call Olympia home for fourteen years and would be honored to serve you on the City Council.
